Experienced Fitness Instructor with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industry. Skilled in Communication, Pastoral & Marital Counseling, Fitness Training, Creative Writing, and Teaching. Strong community and social services professional with a BTh focused in Theology/Theological Studies from the University of Chester. As a coach, my goal is to guide individuals and teams toward clarity and purposeful action. I believe the most powerful insights come from within, which is why I use thoughtful and strategic questions to help those I coach visualize a clear plan and path for moving forward. By encouraging reflection, uncovering obstacles, and fostering a solution-oriented mindset, I empower people to define their own success and take actionable steps toward achieving it. As a Discipleship Pastor, I am passionate about cultivating spiritual growth in guiding individuals in their journey toward Christlikeness. My approach to discipleship focuses on building meaningful relationships, encouraging a deeper understanding of Scripture, and equipping believers to live out their faith organically by helping them see how to use their influence in the world for God & the Gospel. By following a disciple-making process of proclamation, imitation, observation, aspiration, application, and multiplication, I seek to mature & multiply disciples who are equipped to disciple others, creating replication of spiritual transformation within the church and beyond.
