Creative project producer with over 20 years’ experience successfully creating, producing and directing innovative theatre participation, education and outreach projects and productions on a local, regional and national scale in some of the country’s leading producing theatres. Director of over 40 productions with young people, communities and hard-to-reach groups for some of the country’s leading producing theatres including the Royal Shakespeare Company, Bristol Old Vic, Stephen Joseph Theatre, Watford Palace Theatre and the National Theatre. Senior Manager at some of the country’s leading producing theatres devising strategy for individual departments and the theatre as a whole, as part of a senior management team. Motivating, managing department staff and leading teams of artists, practitioners, and technicians. Proven ability as a workshop leader for young people and communities covering an array of theatre skills and techniques, both in and outside formal education, including teacher inset, university and drama school courses, learning disabilities and hard to reach communities.
