I am an accomplished and proactive Chartered Marketer with over two decades of experience in various sectors, including healthcare, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), charities, local government and sports. My dynamic career has been marked by a track record of success in business development, communications, strategic marketing, social media, and project and operational management. As an innovative strategist, I excel in managing multiple projects and leading change initiatives. I have made significant contributions to the healthcare sector, where I have managed campaigns, digital platforms, communications, and engagement strategies serving a population of 1.1 million. More recently I have lead on communications for a range of areas in local government including housing comms for tenants and the 2024 local election. I am now comms lead for resources. I possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, which I leverage to influence decisions and foster positive relationships both internally and externally. I am recognised as a motivational and inspirational leader, adept at coaching and empowering individuals to realise their full potential. I'm passionate about expanding my horizons and have dedicated six years to learning Italian. I also have a keen interest in photography and have earned several awards in this field.
