More than two decades of experience in the field of Financial Management, Strategic Planing, Human Resources Management, Procurement, Program and Project Management, Coordination and Operational Support in multinational environment for Demining, Humanitarian Assistance, Farming and Agriculture, Peace and Security, Criminal Justice Operations and Politics and Diplomacy during which I had also developed my academic profile and maintained an exemplary work/life balance that has thought me to be calm in stressful situation, be focused on priority, to better manage my time to fulfil each planned activity in timely manner and to respect diversity of all kinds and respect cultural sensitivity. I am lenient but keen manager who can build a team through trust building measure for the successful accomplishment of the strategic goals in timely and effective manner. I bridge the gapes through tactful dialogue and excellent interpersonal skills and find innovative and creative solutions to the problems arising. Being a good listener and effective communicator, I can understand the concerns of my clients and deliver a comprehensible message to the party on the other side of the table.
