Iga Lipska MD PhD MPH, Chairwoman of the Board, Health Policy Institute, Poland Director of the Board, Health Technology Assessment international Co-chair of HB-HTA Interest Group @HTAi I am a medical doctor by background with my PhD in HTA of new pharmaceuticals defended at #UtrechtUniversity in The Netherlands (additionally Master of Science in Public Health with postgraduate diploma in bussiness management & healthcare management. Starting June 2025 I have been appointed A Director of the Board at @HTAi (3years term) I have been co-chairing Hospital-based HTA Interest Group from June 2022 (now 2nd term). Between Nov 2019 and Dec 2022 I was co-chairing HTA Rundtable Europe @ISPOR. I managed successfully research grant from Jan 2019 to June 2022 (Research Project Manager - Hospital-based HTA @NFZ (financed by @NCBR) former Member of the Economic Commission @MoH, former Director of Drug Policy and Pharmacy Department @ Ministry of Health, Poland, former Acting Director Control Department, NFZ/National Health Fund, President of the Board, Institute for Health Policy (Instytut Polityki Zdrowotnej IPZ), former Senior Research Fellow & HTA Steering Committee member, Center for Innovation in Regulatory Science (CIRS), Director of the Health Technology Assessment Department, Agency for Health Technology Assessment in Poland (AHTAPol). I have broad international and Polish experience in the healthcare sector, with a main focus in recent years on Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and evidence generation. My main field of interest is evidence-based decision making in healthcare.
