About Ignacio Cuesta

I've been in the audiovisual sector for 10 years. In my career I have enjoyed working on projects for video games, augmented reality applications and in the cinematographic sector in animation films such as Wonder Park and Deep. Also in real-images series and films as Color out of space, The Nutcracker, Todo por el juego and with an impending release, The Head. With a 3D generalist profile, I always opted for the more technical side of productions such as rigs and simulations of all kinds. I started in crowds with the feature film Deep in 2015 and since then I continued in this department for subsequent productions learning and gaining experience with new programs and tools. My tasks have normally been creating setups for crowds. Create the rig, add variations of geometries, animations, develop behaviors based on the plane, add cloth, simulate and render. The tools I've used the most for crowds have been nParticles, Miarmy or Golaem. The latter is the one I have worked with the most and the experience I have gained since I worked at Wonder Park (Ilion). Along the way I have also worked in productions with simulations of another type such as hair and fabrics based on the dynamics of Maya or preparing rigs for animation.
