About Ilana Boyum

I am a veteran CX practitioner, with a long tenure within financial services in my background. I spent my career building and growing a world class voice of customer and client experience program that was able to generate actionable insights which allowed us to refine our products and processes. Always looking to build a better, more human experience for our clients, I forged new ground, using machine learning and later, generative AI, to create a program that allowed the firm to better make data driven design decisions across all aspects of the business. Today, I use my talents and passion to help other businesses realize their fullest potential in experience management and curation because success in the market in 2025 takes more than just good listening skills, it requires the kind of pattern recognition that can predict the future and prepare business to meet their customers not just where they are, but where they will be.
