About Ines Soler

With over 19 years of experience in strategic planning and commercial lending, I have developed a great passion for helping customers grow their businesses and succeed, all while ensuring business profitability. Working with commercial clients, every day is an opportunity to learn about different industries, management styles, credit needs and challenges. My background includes strategic planning, commercial lending, process redesign through Lean Six Sigma methodology and management of high impact teams. Recently led a Transformation team that redefined the Commercial Credit Customer Journey for the small and middle segment. Successfully deployed a cross-functional, high potential team that was inspired, aligned, and over performing. This experience awakened an entrepreneurial vein that has led me to start up a financial service company focusing on commercial clients and providing much needed access to capital to those who do not have easy access to traditional bank funding. Meanwhile, I continue dedicating my time and knowledge to nonprofit organizations in key positions such as Grupo Guayacán, ConPRmetidos, SBA Emerging Leaders Program, among others seeking to take an active role to promote entrepreneurship in Puerto Rico.
