Workforce development and motivating professionals to progress is off high importance to me. I value working with all stakeholders to gain further experience, knowledge and to build upon plans for projects. Consultation, negotiation and mediation are within my skill set, they help me to assess and analyse individuals and groups to support the best outcome for effectiveness and decision making. Business effectiveness and productiveness are paramount, analysing the current status and developping recommendations for new innovations is my main goal. Experience: Safeguarding, Children and Young people, working in a high demand environment. Working within the Court environment and producing Court reports for Children, Young People and their families. Joint investigation work together with the Police Force, according to the Achieving Best Guidelines by CPS. Improving working relationships and outcomes for vulnerable victims and witnesses. Facilitating/ teaching workshops and training courses for professionals within Suffolk. Analysing and assessing the need for learning to develop training courses. Supervising staff within child protection/ specialist teams based on clinical and reflective supervision. I have completed training in the 'Signs if Safety' approach, to empower and support the implementation throughout the County. I am Developing skills in researching the need for change caused by risk, or change to manage risk. To write policy documents and recommendations for nesserary change to the strategic management boards of the Council. I am trained to deliver workshops to teams and groups around the Strenths Deployment Inventory, to enhance personal performance, team productivity and organisational effectiveness.
