Background

About Ingrid Anilane

I’m a solution-focused and ambitious professional who’s not afraid to get hands-on – especially when it comes to exploring new directions. I enjoy learning, I face challenges with realism, and I’m not afraid to step outside my comfort zone to grow. With years of experience in B2B sales, client relations, and team coordination, I’ve built strong skills in communication, process improvement, and problem-solving. I’m a fast learner with a reflective mindset, and I thrive in roles where I can bring structure, clarity, and practical value. Currently, I’m making a conscious career shift into the field of education and learning development. I’m studying Vocational Education at the University of Tartu and have already designed and delivered a practical elective course for high school students focused on communication and self-presentation. I’m open to opportunities in learning and development, training coordination, or project-based work where I can combine creativity, structure, and human connection to make a real difference.
