Ingrid is a Senior SAP Logistics Business Analyst & Functional Consultant with over 29 years’ experience in SAP and business. As a Functional Consultant she completed 6 SAP implementations, 3 re-implementations and 2 upgrades, in addition to data conversion, testing, training, support, helpdesk and project management roles. As a Business Analyst Ingrid completed bespoke projects across multiple industries for companies like Hanson, Ruralco, GrainCorp, SUEZ and SunRice. Her industry experience includes Aerospace & Defence, Agriculture, Construction, Consumer Packaged Goods, Infrastructure Service Provider, Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals and Nuclear), Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Professional Services, Public Sector and Waste Management. Her primary SAP module experience is SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management) and LE (Logistics Execution). Ingrid believes that the most effective ERP system is one that is simple, transparent, integrated, flexible and she strives towards achieving these objectives in her business analysis work and implementation designs. She believes that business requirements need to be well understood, clearly documented and should pass the “Quick-fail Test” before being implemented into an integrated business system. She is passionate about understanding business processes, analysing and interpreting information and seeking more efficient ways of implementing or using systems.
