Background

About Ingrid Slembek

My extensive experience software development, testing, business analysis, project management and operations in the software and telecommunications industries was gained while working across cultures in the United States, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Australia. Since 2004 I have put my technical and business experience to work as a commercial contract consultant supporting start-ups and SMEs on the sell-side. I save my international technology clients significant amounts in legal fees while delivering high quality results thanks to my thorough understanding of commercial contracting practices in the tech industry. My comprehensive commercial contract management services include contract review, drafting and negotiation in the bid phase and throughout the delivery phase to project completion. My in-depth knowledge of technology gives me a perspective on contract risk that a contract lawyer typically doesn't have. Where legal input is required, I will work with your inhouse counsel or external legal resources to provide a comprehensive review of the issues. If you are a decision maker and would like to learn more about how I can help you get to purchase order more quickly and support the smooth delivery of your customer projects, email me at: ingrid.slembek@inaccord.ch
