Hello, I am glad to see you around here. I’m an IT professional who believes tech doesn’t have to be complicated. I love making technology feel simple, solving problems, and helping people work smarter (and a little happier). Over the past 9 years, I’ve worn many hats—sometimes all at once! From managing IT for the Rio 2016 Olympics (yes, it was as intense as it sounds!) to improving help desk support for a non-profit, I’ve learned that whether it’s a stadium full of athletes or an office full of users, everyone just wants their tech to work. At Grant Memorial Baptist Church, I kept the IT wheels turning and made the help desk experience a little friendlier and a lot more efficient. Before that, at Epic, I helped reduce unanswered calls by 40%—because no one likes to feel ignored when they have a tech issue, right? I’m all about continuous learning and growing, with some Agile, ITIL, and Microsoft certifications in my toolkit. In 2023, I officially became a proud Canadian citizen, and now I’m on the lookout for new adventures where I can bring my experience, a curious mindset, and maybe even a few IT jokes (no promises they’re good).
