I have been involved in the Management of the Upper Olifants Catchment in the Bronkhorstspruit, Mpumalanga Water Management Areas in terms of National Water Act. Evaluating the EIA reports and Environmental Management Programme reports. Monitoring of the water resources by establishing monitoring programmes and registering the programmes on Water Management System. Rendering professional services regarding issuing of licenses and permits under the National Water Act and the Environmental Conservation Act. Also responsible for providing oversight for the water quality monitoring program done by municipalities, including monitoring coverage for regulatory compliance, operational data collection, and special investigations. Ensuring implementation of quality assurance/quality control measures consistent with national norms and standards requirements. The work also involves- Obtain sufficient information (technical and institutional) on allocated Water Service Authority (WSA) for Blue and Green Drop Assessments. I have technical knowledge in the water services management as well as environmental management. I am also a registered Professional Natural Scientist with the Council of Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP)
