About Iren Lyon

I help leaders and organizations grow through the moments that define them.I partner with executives, leadership teams, and organizations to strengthen leadership capacity when it matters most: scaling through rapid growth, integrating teams through reorgs, building the next generation of senior leaders, and aligning teams around what’s next.My practice integrates three unique consultancy’s areas: executive coaching, team facilitation, and leadership program development. I bring rigorous training in developmental methodologies and proven assessment tools to every program I design, grounded further by what I see working with leaders firsthand. Every engagement begins with thorough stakeholder analysis and custom content built for your organization’s culture and real needs, not a repackaged solution.I’ve spent 15 years building enterprise-scale leadership programs and leading organizational change across large, complex companies. I understand how organizations actually operate. That foundation allows me to move quickly from understanding to action. Clients trust me because I create candid, productive partnerships, stay focused on outcomes, and bring both rigor and warmth to every room I walk into. The work takes many forms. The through line is always the same: clarity about what matters and practical support to get there.Learn more at
