About Iris Cullinan

I'm on a mission to make workplaces more human. When I first entered the workforce, I had to wear a mask. It was a dog-eat-dog, sink-or-swim world with no place for my humanness. After a few years, that really started to bother me. Since then, I've been developing skills to help others break this cycle and create environments where people are safe to be humans, and are supported to grow without fitting into a mold. I do this through coaching and training to help professionals and organizations expand their social-emotional intelligence, inclusive communication, and conscious leadership skills.
