About Iris Pensa

Iris is a partner and mediator specializing in labor law and human rights law. She leads the labor and immigration department in the office and manages a team that advises companies on establishing and improving sustainable policies from an ESG perspective. Iris ensures compliance with the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, covering human rights, labor standards, environmental responsibility, transparency, and anti-corruption. She meticulously integrates these principles into all her services and client advice, ensuring a comprehensive and ethical approach in her practice. She is also the main contact person for all matters that the firm may undertake on a pro bono basis, considering the specific circumstances of each individual case. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Iris is the head of the Mediation Center at the Slovenian Bar Association. Iris is dedicated to promoting a sustainable and fair working environment, providing clients with expert guidance and integrity in all legal matters.
