About Isaac Childs

I’ve spent the last 20+ years building brands, leading teams, launching products, telling stories, and occasionally questioning my life choices at 2am like a true professional. I’m a repeat founder who understands both the fire of entrepreneurship and the quiet discipline it takes to scale something meaningful. These days, I work at the intersection of creativity, clarity, and strategy—helping ideas come to life, brands sound like they actually mean something, and teams align around what matters most. My background blends business leadership, creative direction, brand development, and a healthy obsession with authenticity (the real kind, not the buzzword). I believe in work that feels aligned, people who care deeply, and brands that tell the truth. What I bring to the table: • Creative strategy rooted in meaning, not just marketing fluff • Brand voice + storytelling that actually resonates • Leadership that balances vision with grounded execution • A track record of scaling ideas from spark to substance Also? I still believe in gut instinct, decent fonts, and not writing emails that sound like they were generated by a toaster. Let’s build something that matters. WHAT I Do: Transform success into fulfillment. Mentor on authentic living and intentional business growth. Cultivate connection to self, authenticity and awareness in leaders. HOW I Do It: Decades of entrepreneurial grit and insight. Practical mindfulness and journaling workshops. Strong, authentic connections in professional and personal spheres. ABOUT ME: Outdoors enthusiast. Fly fishing aficionado. Founded Rustico, steered it for 22 years, now pioneering Mindfulness Matrix. More fun, flow, and focus & less jam-packed, busy schedules. Rooted in Utah, I'm on a mission to guide business professionals from achievement to meaning, one moment at a time.
