About Isaac Clow

Whilst completing my further education at City of Glasgow College and Strathclyde University I have balanced education with work consistently. Originally working in hospitality I gained many skills and qualities which bled into my academic career such as timekeeping, working as a team, and working with the public. Transitioning from hospitality to a remote job in the energy industry (Together Energy) provided me with a sharp change in scenery but helped to widen the spectrum of my abilities. The role at Together Energy was offered to me by Strathclyde University as an Internship, however after the intern period was up I advanced to a Team Leader position and was placed in charge of any other interns that remained with the company. This role has provided me with a greater amount of computer literacy, solidified my leadership and team-building skills that I gained from hospitality, and increased my independent learning in a remote environment.
