I hold a degree in Business Administration and Economics from Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as a Master's in People Management. With over 20 years of experience, I have led various Human Resources areas, primarily within the industrial and mining sectors, in large national and global companies. I am an expert in talent development and leadership. Additionally, I have been responsible for key areas such as compensation, industrial relations, recruitment, internal communications, and employee wellbeing. My leadership style is approachable and respectful, focused on inspiring and supporting each team member in their development and goal achievement. Seeing them grow and succeed is what brings me the greatest satisfaction. I am bilingual in Spanish and English.
