Experiencing writing reports and meeting key-performance targets whilst working in a front-line role. Well-versed in multi-agency work and safeguarding as well as overseeing orders of the courts.Extensive experience delivering intervention programmes alongside working with victims, writing court reports and managing a high caseload, whilst maintaining positive working relationships with service users.Previous experience working and running a rehabilitative programme for victims of domestic violence and have been encharged with writing, developing and delivering a therapeutic-based programme to primary and secondary school aged victims of gang violence and sexual and criminal exploitation.
