About Isabelle Halsey

Having recently graduated from Durham University studying Biological Sciences, I have since had the opportunity to further expand my skill range from the purely academic nature of my degree. My degree focused highly on mathematical and scientific theory, and my competence in problem solving and solution-based thinking was significantly amplified, along with a plethora of additional skills which I built and strengthened during my time at University. After completing my degree throughout the pandemic I decided to take some time to refocus and further develop my interpersonal and people management skills by working as a supervisor within the hospitality industry. This has vastly ameliorated my aptitude in leadership, time management and ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to deliver the best service possible. I feel this has made me a more rounded individual and feel the time is right to evolve further by seeking a new position in a more challenging career field within the financial sector, to not only fortify my substantial existing skill-set, but to extend and build on my natural abilities
