Over than 20 years in Aeronautical industries. from February 2013 I have joined a new challenge to develop together the other teams the Embraer E2. •Other challenge in the professional live, was the update at manufacturing line of Super Tucano Family where was developed new concept of manufacturing process, toolings, new suppliers and definiton of CAPEX and OPEX. •Specialist in Manufacturing Process and Tooling development to aeronautic sector. •Knowledge and experience with suppliers (international and national), supplier contract and the development new suppliers to base list of Embraer. •Planning and Administration of design team, technical studies and design/hour of analysis. •Studies to reduce the numbers of non-conformities, lead time and costs. •As Manufacturing Engineer, the main activity are: study and analyses of root cause, improvement continues of process to avoid scape, update or new work instructions and support to worker during the jobs and applying the Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concept. •Elaboration of CAPEX and OPEX for Super Tucano program. •Elaboration of tooling cost estimate for new designs. •Coordination of technical team to development tooling. •Experience using the software Catia V5, to development product and tooling to automobile and aeronautic sector. •Follow-up with international and national supplier during the phase of development of tooling and process to Embraer E2. •Large experience as user Catia V5 for development tooling and product.
