BSc in Computing and Information Technology, Master in Business Administration Skilled in Scrum and Agile Methodologies, Delivery management, Business Process excellence, Requirements & Business Analysis and strong Program and Project Management. During the 20+ years of experience have managed hundreds of projects from IT/software, Telecommunication, FinTech, business and strategic implementation,customer experience and more. Have managed multiple million dollar projects with major international partners such as Microsoft, Google, VISA, Axiata Group and Deloitte. Managed and delivered the Sri Lanka’s first mobile cash solution (EzCash) with introduced the multi-operator capability, a platform which has a user base of more than 3 million active customers, of integrated business partners & distribution network points. Currently working as the Head of Project Management Office for the leading Mobility-as-a-Service provider (E-hailing & Q-commerce) in Sri Lanka. Have played the role of Senior Delivery Manager delivering multiple software platforms, managing the 24/7 level 2 support team and as the Head of PMO managing a PM team which delivers IT, business and strategic projects of the company.
