About Ithi Shukla

I am a finance professional with strong expertise in financial modeling and business valuation, complemented by a solid understanding of wealth management, risk identification and mitigation, and international finance. My core competencies include developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, analyzing capital structures, and conducting detailed valuation and WACC analyses. I have extensive experience in financial research in multiple sectors, including TMT, industrial, consumer, and healthcare. In addition to project execution, I actively contribute to team development by mentoring new joiners, addressing cross-team project queries, and liaising with clients. I also support the leadership team in areas such as MIS reporting, strategic analysis, process automation, and team-building initiatives such as conducting training sessions. I thrive in fast-paced environments and exceed client expectations through quality outcomes. I am an avid reader and keep myself updated on global events through podcasts and newsletters. When free, I like to travel and binge-watch. Happy connecting!
