About Iva Kaiserova

As a Programme Manager for the Norway Grants (Green Transition Programme) at the Ministry of Finance, I support the implementation of EEA and Norway in the Czech Republic, where the Ministry acts as the National Focal Point. Previously, I worked as a Financial Manager for the EEA and Norway Grants, which is experience that I draw on in my current role. During my parental leave, I cared for my two daughters, wrote a book about the little pleasures of life and recorded a podcast series for students of Czech language. I was also involved in a non-profit organization developing a mobile app to help children in danger, and worked as a Business Development & Community Manager at ECCEDU, which engages companies in education. Between 2015 and 2018 I was working as the Assistant to the Minister of Finance, managing Minister's calendar, meetings, materials and communication. During my studies I was part of the startup team at JIC (South Moravian Innovation Centre) as the junior project manager, I organised events for the startup community in Brno and promoted the JIC programs at various business / tech conferences in Europe. Concerning my academic background, I am a graduate of Economic Policy at Masaryk University. I took part in Scholar-Leaders program organised by GE Foundation, spent a semestre at Claude Bernard University in France and participated in summer schools in Taipei, Brussels and Budapest. I am interested in business and innovation, international relations and EU affairs, education, project management, human resources and volunteering in the area of ecology and work with children.
