Accomplished energy industry leader with broad and international experience from international supermajor Eni. 10 years of management experience covering personnel responsibility for technical disciplines, managing project studies and business acquisition evaluations, business line responsibility, and recently managing a portfolio of global projects. Strong technical background in reservoir engineering, including coordination of R&D activities in collaboration with top US universities (MIT, Stanford, Colorado School of Mines, Texas A&M). Played a key role in building Eni’s portfolio in unconventional oil and gas, including establishing joint ventures, exploration initiatives and corporate acquisitions. Active role in Eni and Point Resources merge leading to Var Energi and subsequent Exxon Mobil Norway Partner Operated Asset acquisition. Recently involved in the IPO of Var Energi on the Oslo Stock Exchange, the third largest IPO of all time in Norway with market cap of 70 billion NOK at listing I enjoy working in international settings and have had assignments in USA and Norway.
