About Ivan Jones

A seasoned business professional in sales, operations and business process outsourcing. In the past 3 years I have successfully facilitated the growth of a business from 140 staff up to 700 staff, implemented local and international campaigns from cradle to full operation and tested and launched a new business channel for a business internationally. I have dealt with business locally, in the UK and Australia. I am a hands on type who rolls up his sleeves and gets his hands dirty. My expertise is not limited to contact centres, having spent 12 years building a successful career in asset finance with WesBank and then joined a start up as a national sales manager which was purchased by Tracker where I was offered a national sales role. Having a massive passion for people is what truly drives me. I enjoy seeing people grow and develop and absolutely love being a key element in that process. I have a belief that every person is capable of way more that they currently believe, and all it takes is someone to unlock the thinking that individual has that is holding them back. As it is said: Look after your people, they look after your customers. I have had the absolute pleasure of spending my career with top employers and great leaders within those organizations who have stretched and developed me by pushing the boundaries that I had set in my mind. I have also had a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team who started a business from the floor up and did so by having fun, learning lessons and failing forward. In my career I have enjoyed most the parts where I was in way above my head and had to be humble enough to learn, passionate enough to teach and part of a team that worked hard together, and played harder together.
