As CEO and Founder of ROBOPEDICS, I lead a social impact and technological startup with the purpose of improving the quality of life and health for millions of individuals with severe, chronic stroke disabilities who will never fully rehabilitate. We aim to achieve this by enabling them to stand up and walk again, alleviating the numerous health problems and disorders associated with wheelchair living, and empowering them to regain independence. Our mission is to develop both the technology and the necessary conditions that make it possible for these individuals to walk every day, without medical supervision, at home, and within their communities. By providing a true alternative to the wheelchair, we aspire to restore joy and hope for them and their loved ones. I have 20 years of senior management experience in supply chain, operations and quality management, with a strong focus on digital transformation and change management. This background has equipped me with the leadership and strategic skills required to drive innovation and manage complex projects effectively. Since 2016, following a deeply personal experience, I became immersed in the exoskeleton environment, combining technological development with market and product discovery. From 2021 onward, I have dedicated myself to entrepreneurship, focusing on robotics for disabled individuals and medical devices.
