Registered Third Party Inspection Agency in District of Columbia and authorized to perform all around inspections for all types of projects. I am a managing member of the Third Party Inspection Agency “Building Code Inspectors, LLC” and at the present time, we are offering Code Compliance services in the Washington - DC only, but, at the lather date will offer services for most of Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. I have over 25 years experience performing Code Compliance inspections out of which the last 10 years have been focused in the District of Columbia Metro Area and the city of Alexandria, Virginia. This region with high concentration of construction work and with my multiple licenses, have enabled me to perform inspections of all trades,(except elevator inspection). My Master Code Professional License, Engineering Degree and 29 other licenses set me apart from most field inspectors and competing Third Party Inspection Agencies. To emphasize this point, there are just less than 830 persons in this country with this level of credentials. I have experience inspecting all types and sizes of projects including: single family homes, townhouses, hotels, motels, apartment buildings, hospitals, clinics, schools, churches, groceries, pharmacies, airports, marinas and office building. Projects range in sizes from a half a million to up to 400 million dollars in the overall construction cost. The largest one of all was the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) with an overall cost of about on which I was the only inspector for the duration of the project.
