About Jac Okody
Jac O'Kody is a London based educator, writer, choreographer, who’s purpose through her work is to ensure all stories are heard. After a performing career as an actor and dancer performing in theatres such as Shakespeare's Globe, she set up O'Kody Arts an arts and wellness platform - producing theatre creating awareness for mental and chronic health and accessible outreach programmes in the creative arts for young people. Her passion for mental well being has lead to her gaining her NLP & Hypnosis Practitioner qualifications, to help people outside of her work in the arts.
