About Jacco Levits

Over the last decade I lived and worked in Tel Aviv, London, Dublin and Amsterdam, gaining a strong understanding of different business cultures and attitudes. Whilst working for major companies such as Google and Booking.com, I witnessed first-hand the challenges employees at these major corporations face, combining hypergrowth and intense business demand with maintaining an engaged, healthy and productive working attitude. It is incredible how companies have gone to extremes to optimize their factories, their business processes and their product development. However, when it comes to optimizing their workforce, many still adhere to outdated norms and practice. There is so much human potential left untapped and in order to unleash it, companies need to fundamentally shift their perception of how to maintain a sustainable high-performing workforce. Understanding how we, as humans, work on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level is the basis for individual growth and corporate success. Creating this reality is something I'm deeply passionate about and why I founded Rubber Duck Training. Over the course of my career I have been focusing on leadership development, coaching senior leaders, designing and implementing custom learning solutions for specific teams and facilitating general face-to-face training on a wide range of topics; from consultative selling and public speaking, to conflict resolution and mindfulness.
