I’m a pragmatic real estate business partner with 15 years of experience transforming corporate real estate portfolios to meet the financial and operational goals of global brands. Whether investing in growth, cutting costs, or maximizing efficiencies, I consistently challenge the status quo to seamlessly drive organizational transformation and development with the highest returns possible. As a Senior Director at CWT, I reduced a $54M annual real estate spend by $33M over just five years. Together with my peers in Procurement, Finance, HR, and other departments, we focused on creating a more flexible culture while consolidating regional locations. Also, I successfully led my 50-member team throughout the pandemic, producing great results by optimizing workspace and finding ways to cut $14M in costs over six months. Standardization of workplace design, vendor engagement, and contract negotiation produces measurable savings at a global level. However, in addition to capital and fit-out projects for space optimization, I build strategies focused on minimizing carbon footprint and gathering scope 1 data in support of CSRD, enhancing physical strategy, and optimizing workforce operations to secure tax incentives and drive benefits from labour arbitrage. My intention is also to maximize agility and grow employee satisfaction and wellness with equipped office spaces and efficient allocation of resources.
