I take proactive steps to optimise operations, which led to me spearheading new consultant onboarding processes that successfully reduced ramp-up time. My leadership extends beyond core responsibilities. I actively champion culture and inclusion as the Chair of Rainbow-X (Xero's APAC LGBTQIA+ ERG), where I have led policy changes (e.g, wider pronoun usage) and secured company sponsorship for community initiatives. I was also recognised with the 'Giraffe Award' for my positive energy and dedication to supporting Sales team members.
