Background
About Jack Kingston
In 2013 I graduated from the University of Brighton with a First Class Honours, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying. After becoming a RICS Associated Member and VRS, I competently complete Mortgage Valuations, Condition Reports, and Home Buyer Surveys on properties of various styles, type and ages, from town flats to large rural Grade II Listed estates and cover a wide area from South Kent to the South coast. From surveying such diverse range of properties, I have gained a wealth of building pathology skills, technical knowledge, as well as effective writing and communication skills. I have a good practical and logical mind which has enabled me to effectively ‘follow the trail’, provide the correct defect diagnosis and recommend the advice needed to obtain suitable repairs. I maintain strong relationships with our clients, who are predominantly banks, equity release companies, building societies and prospective home owners.
