Selling Real Estate for over 20 years. For over 20 years I’ve been a strong relationship builder and have grown my sphere by door knocking, cold calls, hosting radio shows/ podcasts and by word of mouth. I give, and get a large number of referrals. I retain those clients by regular follow up, great customer service and creative problem solving. I enjoy getting my clients as close to what they want as humanly possible. A strong suit of mine is listening to my clients and delivering on what they want. How simple. My belief, you don’t get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) I treat every one of my client’s real estate transactions as if they were my own. I say go after what you want and protect it when you get it! I'm a proud San Diego native and a devoted family man. I served in the United States Air Force (DD 214 on request) at Cannon, Nm & Spangdahlem, Germany. I actively support several charitable organizations including Team2Cure Huntington’s Disease, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the Helix Alum Assoc. I've been featured as an expert guest on several radio programs and have hosted radio shows on ESPN 1700 AM, KFMB & KCBQ.*Diverse experience in residential & commercial real estate (Ca, Fl, Ok, Nm), both representing & investing.
