I am an experienced administrator with a passion for instructional design. Equipped with nearly 20 years of experience and a Masters in Education, I’m dialed-in and focused on the needs of adult learners. My approach to adult and lifelong learning is founded on developing the skills necessary for the future of work. As Customer Success Specialist at iTacit, I’m part of the dynamic Customer Success team. We ensure that our customers’ obstacles are efficiently resolved. We proactively fix issues and find new ways to use iTacit to best fit our clients’ needs. Everyday, I get to help people help people. Day in and day out, I work on establishing relationships to find every way I can improve processes to help people with their jobs. For great collaborations, it’s crucial for me to respect people for who they are. Everyone has a unique skill set and I’m just as happy to share my knowledge as I am learning something new! WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT? I have thorough education, background and expertise in instructional design and LMS administration. Over the last two decades, I’ve directly experienced how adult and workforce training has changed and evolved. I always want to be one step ahead: that’s why I’m working with an industry leader in digital workforce training solutions. Not every company has instructional design expertise.
