I don’t see clients’ problems or feedback as obstacles. They’re a natural part of the process. If we are not meeting our clients’ needs, we are not doing our jobs. It’s important to me that I work closely with our clients and show them how they can get more out of our platform. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT? “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care” Teddy Roosevelt said that. I wholeheartedly agree. Caring about people forms the basis for all I do at work. My expertise and product knowledge can only go so far.
