Jacky is an experienced attorney with extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. She is well-versed in working with fast-paced and disruptive companies and is capable of handling multiple roles. She has a unique experience in navigating developing regulatory landscapes and has conducted a variety of M&A work for both private and public companies of all sizes. Jacky has experience working with boards of directors and executive management. At present, Jacky is serving as Head of Legal and Compliance at NeuroID, a behavioral analytics company that builds innovative fraud prevention software. Prior to joining NeuroID, Jacky worked with institutional investors at Morgan Stanley, was a member of the M&A team at Wells Fargo, helped build and sell a small public company, and managed investments at a hedge fund. Jacky is passionate about helping companies achieve rapid growth while simultaneously cultivating innovative and disruptive technologies. She is also passionate about supporting women build successful careers and is an active community volunteer.
