About Jacky Matthews

I believe that we often hold ourselves back. We don't believe that we are good enough to do a specific job or follow a specific career, even though we are! I see so many people that under-estimate their own abilities and are not achieving their true potential. I believe that we can all achieve what we want from our career with a bit of help and support and someone challenging us to step outside our comfort zone. I am the help, support and challenge you need to get you where you really want to be in your career. Contact me today to find out how my coaching sessions, career transformation programme or training courses could help you. What my clients have said:'Coaching has helped me believe in myself again'.'Learning about myself has helped me deal with situations and people better'.'Coaching has helped me to focus on tasks and think through problems'.'Coaching has helped me to concentrate on the aspects of the job that I can influence and stop stressing about the things I can't change'. I have worked in the FE sector for over 20 years and been a manager since and coach since 2006. Having extensive experience in training and qualifications and managing teams, I decided that this is where I would concentrate my coaching and training services. I have all my years of experience, plus the qualifications that I have gained along the way. One of my key values is helping people and that's why I do what I do; to help people achieve what they really want. You can contact me here via LinkedIn.
