Jaclyn began her career in the recruitment industry in 2005. Key focus on generic positions across commercial industries for Kelly Services SG, where she successfully proved to be an efficient business partner of various renowned MNCs and also local SME in their talent acquisition needs. Jaclyn was a Consultant for Kelly Services – Kelly Selection, specializing in mid to senior level Sales and Marketing roles. She focuses on position in the Media/Advertising, Financial and Professional Services sectors. Ended a year contract in June’17 as a Program & Research Assistant with a non-profit organization. She was with Lenzing Singapore Pte Ltd as a HR Executive. Previously, a Senior Consultant with Citadel Search specializing in mid to senior level roles. Currently, TA Manager with NCS focusing on Java, C#, C/C++, Business Analyst/Lead roles for FSI & Govt. Agencies.
