About Jaclyn Trezza

I often wonder, what is my purpose? I believe it is to impact the world with meaningful lessons that teach us to think critically, and effectively communicate our voice. At first, I was satisfied doing this in my classroom, but as I have grown and changed I feel my purpose has too. I now want a more significant impact and I believe that at this point in my journey, I am meant to make an impact on a larger scale, which is why I am transitioning out of the classroom, and looking for opportunities with companies whose values align with mine. In my 10 years of teaching, I have taken on a variety of leadership roles. I taught virtually perfecting my ability to convey meaningful digital lessons. I became a leader in the School Improvement Committee where I provide professional development to staff quarterly, and offer additional support while implementing new strategies. I have also onboarded staff to the Wit & Wisdom Curriculum and assisted with content and organizational questions, just to name a few. While all this is great, I have also learned that it is time for me to transition from being a classroom teacher into a role where I would be able to hone my professional skills better.
