While my academic achievements earned me the honor of being inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon, it was my hands-on experiences that truly cultivated my passion for healthcare administration and finance. During my tenure with Parallon at Trident Medical Center, I had the privilege of serving as an emergency department registrar. In this role, I honed my customer service, communication, and data analysis skills while also gaining valuable insights into the healthcare industry's intricate processes. I have a proven track record of efficiently interviewing patients, collecting demographic information, verifying insurance details, and ensuring compliance with billing and consent procedures. Additionally, my ability to recept and manage critical cases demonstrates my commitment to excellence and adaptability within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
