About Jacob Brady

I am an Operations and Staffing Coordinator at RunThrough, supporting the delivery of mass-participation running and sporting events across the UK and beyond. I specialise in on the ground event operations, ensuring courses are set up safely and accurately, signage is in place and road closures are managed effectively to protect both runners and the wider public.A core part of my role is overseeing runner and staff welfare creating an environment where participants feel supported and teams can work confidently and efficiently. I enjoy the fast paced nature of live events and take pride in keeping operations organised, safe and smooth from start to finish.I also work within the team that manages our elite race series TopFlight. I help proof entries so we can ensure an elite field of Athletes. I also help with the on the ground Operations ensuring the livestream is running smoothly and the elite athletes are looked after properly. Alongside my work with RunThrough, I’ve gained experience with several other event organisations, including The Chronicle Sunshine Fund; supporting their Sunshine Run charity race and Events of the North, where I helped deliver large scale sporting events across the North East and Worcester. These roles have strengthened my operational awareness, adaptability and passion for bringing high quality sporting experiences to communities.I’m motivated by teamwork, problem solving in dynamic environments and contributing to events that inspire people to get active and achieve their goals.
