I’m a workforce strategist and equity-focused leader with 15+ years designing and scaling career pathways that actually work for the people they’re meant to serve. My career has spanned federal government, nonprofits, and community boards, but the common thread has always been connecting people, programs, and possibilities. I’ve partnered with employers, educators, and community-based organizations to launch initiatives in apprenticeship, reentry, and youth employment, always centering underserved and rural communities. Whether it’s facilitating a multi-day convening, delivering technical assistance to strengthen local capacity, or co-designing programs alongside community voices, I believe the best solutions are built with people, not just for them.
