I am a proactive, organised, and hard working individual, with passion and proven leadership in developing collaborative practices, projects, processes and people within the Higher Education Sector.I have 9 years experience working within the University of East London, providing leadership to both students and staff to best support the work-based learning and employability of students studying with the School of Health, Sports & Biosciences. My experience includes but is not limited to-Coordinating sport placements-Creating policy, processes & compliance at a department level-Events coordination & management-Project creation and coordination-Line management and mentorship of staff-Delivery of training, workshops & inductions-Developed MEL practices (monitoring, evaluation & learning)-Student and employer engagement-Strategic planning and coordination of employability support for studentsI am an advocate for collaboration and sharing best practice between colleagues, teams & partner organisations.
