For the past 12 years I have helped organizations solve people problems. The more I have been involved in this activity, the more I have come to realize that any and all problems that an organization faces are—ultimately—people problems. When I am helping organizations to find the right talent; to develop that talent; and to create and support a growth strategy that will lead to the long-term success of the organization, I am helping them at the most fundamental, but also critical level of their business.
