About Jacques Dunselman
My career began as a Technical Computer Science graduate from the Technical University of Delft. In various roles in project management, I've personally experienced the power of personal leadership, especially in international and multi-cultural teams. My passion lies in coaching leadership and applying lean-agile principles, as I've seen how this results in higher predictability and more satisfied customers.As a passionate private pilot since 1996, I combine my insights from aviation with my extensive project management experience - offering a unique perspective on management. I enjoy sharing this knowledge at conferences and with our clients. In 2017, I became a certified Crew Resource Management (CRM) Trainer. This allowed me to translate the CRM principles for practical use in business environments through our Leadership in Turbulent Environments training - and helping various teams to refine their leadership skills.For over a decade, I've focused on leveraging my IT delivery and lean-agile expertise to help organizations become successful with their agile transformations.
