I’m an experienced Civil Servant working for the DWP in various roles for 20 years. I’ve a demonstrated history of working in the civil service government industry. Skilled in Customer Service, Career Path Planning, Office Administration, Project Management, Change Management, Learning and Development, Communication and delivery. I am a Digital Change and Implementation Engagement Manager, leading the Organisational Change Management (OCM) Team at the Department for Work and Pensions within DWP Digital, working and delivering the change of new projects within DWP Place. Whilst managing the team, I ensure all changes within DWP Place are delivered across the business, using PROSCi ADKAR methodology. All digital changes are communicated using an array of channels and platforms, using different types of communication products, ensuring the communication is user friendly and the change to digest. Along with creating new communication and as part of the delivery of the change within the OCM team, we design and create and deliver training material for colleagues, across the DWP, ensuring their user experience is managed and delivered with 100% professionalism at all times.
