I am currently on an amazing journey to become a HCPC registered paramedic. My love of being a CMT with the army really sealed the deal and I’m enjoying every minute of helping such a vast array of people. I have qualified as a technician with the trust and will be going off to uni to further my education. I’m so excited! I spent some time as a Health Care Trainer, travelling the UK teaching Registered Health Care Professionals and updating their mandatory skills. It was a role that gave me great joy and a sense of satisfaction. To learn from each other and ensure that we were doing it safely and according to correct practice was of the utmost importance. For someone that struggled with speaking to groups of people this role really pushed me to be the better me and the feedback and support I received form those I help truly push me to go the route I am going today. Prior to this I worked as a Business Development Manager where I will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of new business projects. During this time I was also teaching, assisting with accounts and payroll as well as logistics and operations from a clinical perspective ensuing the correct kit and paperwork was sent to each of our sessions and any stock depletion was flagged for resupply. I worked payroll controller position paying and helping over workers each week. It’s is a fast paced environment with many challenges. Using my knowledge I have gained over the year I strive to provide world class services to both the workers and my colleagues a like. Whilst Assimilated Communications with a management team of over 30 years combined experience in the industry. Building relationships with the companies right up to director and CEO level allowed me to challenge my customer service delivery and communication skills in all areas. It was about creating trust and delivering on time. I spent 4 month in recruitment working with some of the toughest clients and workers again challenging the way I communicate and organise daily task projects and meetings. Managing a base of construction workers from Harpenden to central London. I learnt to be resilient, consistent and persistent in everything I do.
